The Moose Brasov continua seria evenimentelor speciale. Dupa Ravin, Sonique, Brian Cox, Audiofly, Optick si altii, la Brasov vor poposi cei de la Djuma Soundsystem.
Cunoscuti mai ales prin hitul "Les Djinns", Djuma Soundsystem este numele ales de catre cei doi DJ componenti, norvegianul DJ Mikkas si danezul Lars B.
Cei doi s-au intalnit pentru prima oara la festivalul de muzica electronica "Norberg festivallen". Amandoi faceau muzica la data la care s-au intalnit, dar in curand cei doi au inceput sa produca piese in echipa.
Cu cativa ani in urma, pe cand compilatiile Ibiza erau la moda, Mikkas si Lars au incercat sa vina cu ceva nou, diferit de cliche-urile afro-house tipice Ibiza...Rezultatul: "Les Djinns" si nasterea Djuma Soundsystem

Apropo de Djuma Soundsystem, in mai o sa ne faca o vizita :D din cate am auzit pe 22 mai in Bv @ The Moose si pe 23 in Bucuresti la Studio Martin. Eu una, abia astept :D

the bussy scandinavian duo are currently on a world tour, but still had time to make this deep techy builder, >bipolar< is dark but uplifting, underground but melodic, technological but organic! it was made mainly using a huge arp 2600 from 72, a quirky old synth that dominates the track with its distinct warm and fuzzy sounds…GREAT!!
